Lock / Unlock Any Drive of Your Computer with PartLocker

Reduce the Windows Boot Time

In order to reduce the windows boot time, do the following:-

            1.       Open RUN command dialogue.

            2.       Type MSCONFIG and press Enter button.

            3.       Choose the BOOT tab, and check the NO GUI BOOT.

            4.       Then APPLY and OK.

It will definitely reduce your windows boot time on start-up.

How to Bypass the Recycle Bin

Recycle Bin is a safeguard against accidental file deletions. But, when you deliberately want to delete a file(s) permanently, you can bypass it. Instead of pressing the Del key, just press Shift+Del, then Enter or OK to confirm.

You can also permanently disable the Recycle Bin following the procedure:-

1.    Right click ok Desktop’s Recycle Bin

2.    Choose Properties

3.    Select the drive you want to disable the Recycle Bin for,

4.    Select “Don’t move files to the Recycle Bin”

Quickly find anything on your computer (Windows 7)

In windows 7, there is a tool WINDOWS SEARCH very much useful for searching any document, email message, photo, music, movie, etc. To carry on just click on start button and type any keyword that you want to search. This will enable you to see all the files that contain such keywords.

Enable Underlined Keyboard Shortcuts

By default, Windows 7 has the underlines for keyboard shortcuts. Sometimes, these underlined recognition words are disabled. To re-enable these underlines in all Windows programs follow the steps below:-

1. Open the Control Panel.
2. In the Control Panel click Ease of Access.
3. In Ease of Access click Change how your keyboard works.
4. Finally, check the Underline keyboard shortcuts and access keys and then click Ok.

The above procedure will lead you to enable fast windows operation by using keyboard shortcuts.
