PartLocker is a tool that gives option to lock / unlock a partition which you want to have out of access of others. You can download it from the following link also. It is not a complicated software also do not require any configuration, it just have two buttons Lock and Unlock. It is very easy to use, just select the desired drive that you want to Lock / Unlock and proceed for desired action.
